Warranty policy

Warranties are not a covered with hsa or fsa cards client’s

All lenses come with the following coatings: uv, scratch resistant and anti- reflective 1 all lenses have a free one time use warranty within one year of purchase date. We also offer one doctor’s remake within 30 days of purchase at no charge 2. Warranty on frame can be purchase for $20. One time use within one year of date of purchase, allows client to pick any frame and receive replacement lenses should style no longer be available warranty on frames ? __yes___ or __no___ redemption of warranty- client is responsible for shipping glasses to glitz optical and paying a $12 return.
